Dishes from every corner of the country — phở simmered overnight, charcoal grills, wok-fried noodles, bánh mì wrapped in paper. A separate gluten free list, a vegetarian section with vegan swaps, and a lunch special every weekday from 11 to 3.

Charcoal, wok and stockpot — cooked the way each dish asks for

Broths go on before the doors open. Skewers and quails hit the charcoal to order. Rice hits a wok hot enough to catch. Nothing here waits under a lamp.

Fresh juice and fresh herbs at the bar, robusta in the phin

No pre-mix — cocktails get squeezed and shaken to order. Coffee drips slowly through a phin onto condensed milk. And when it's hot, there's chè over crushed ice and iced tea with white pearls.
